Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Eneractiq Labs Pvt. Ltd. handles refunds and service cancellations.

1. B2B Licensing Agreements

For enterprise licensing agreements, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the specific contract executed between Eneractiq Labs and the customer. Please refer to your Master Service Agreement (MSA) or licensing contract for applicable terms.

2. Pilot Programs

Pilot programs and proof-of-concept deployments:

  • May be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice
  • Fees paid for completed pilot phases are non-refundable
  • Unused prepaid fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis

3. Platform Operation Charges

For recurring platform operation charges:

  • Charges are billed monthly in arrears based on active battery count
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice

4. Hardware and Custom Development

For custom hardware development and engineering services:

  • Custom development fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Hardware prototypes delivered are non-returnable
  • Milestone-based payments are due upon completion of each milestone

5. Service Credits

In the event of service disruptions exceeding our SLA commitments, service credits may be issued in accordance with the applicable service level agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss cancellation, please contact us with:

  • Your company name and contract reference
  • Reason for refund/cancellation request
  • Relevant invoice numbers

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
